Sven, our master baker on SALTO

"When I sold my own bakery, I started working for a Michelin Star chef. It was my first endeavour into salty biscuits and not just the sweeter variety you'll normally find in bakeries. I was curious to explore more from the get-go."

"What appealed most to me was the challenge involved. It was new to me, and when people tell me something can't be done, I am all the more driven to make it work. The result are these nice salty and savoury biscuits, SALTO. They are perfect as an appetizer, at a barbecue or as a bar bite in a nice establishment. I'm really happy with the way it turned out and would recommend anyone to try them out. You won't regret it."
